Fun movie. My son isn't ready for 3D yet but I'm excited for him to watch it in 3D.

Nothing beats a 3d movie for people that still have a 3d tv

I loved the 2nd film, thats the one I got first. I had to get this one, and revisit it, and it is actually really good...especially in 3D. Do your self a favor, get this one and the 2nd one.

Love the movie and great for entire whole family...

Sony packed all this goodness on ONE disc! They fit a 3D movie, 2D movie, and special features to this disc. If more companies did this they could save on materials and . . . costs? Maybe that's why companies have more discs -- so they can charge more. Anyhow, a charming movie with hilarious animation satisfies my love for cartoons, 2D or 3D. Some 'making of' shorts and music video round out good family fun. I like it when one of the bonuses showcases the voice actors.

Cloudy with a chance of Meatballs is a funny animated movie which was made in 3D Blu-ray which I found incredible well done. I never thought an animated movie could be done in 3D Blu-ray but I was proven wrong. If you like 3D Blu-ray movies then don't pass this one up. I'm looking forward to watching Cloudy with a chance of Meatballs 2 in 3D Blu-ray which is already out and for sale. So get the family and friends and popcorn ready for a funny 3D Blu-ray movie. Enjoy!

I bought this as a gift for a friend who has a 3D projector. In my opinion, this movie and "How to Train Your Dragon" are the best movies ever made with 3D implementation to date. That's just my opinion. I know some would argue the "Avatar" would earn that title, but I enjoy the 3D in this movie more.

A fun movie. Needed the 3d to match the other movie.. good fun in 3d.. yes most people whie about it. Lets be honest 3d was not meant for small screens.. id say even 75 has a drawback unless you sit close enough.. But 120 inch projection.. just really some kool effects.

First I was very skeptical about making this well known kids book as a movie. Although the transformation of father-son relationships in this movie has been there and done, thus so predictable, plot was pretty lovely, and jokes are very nice. I loved the Jell-O-Castle scene and its CGs, and needless to say in addition to the Jell-O Castle CGs, raining food from sky, and splat on the ground was well done. Most of all, the movie was successful 'cause, I believe Anna Faris was chosen for a voice actress for one of main characters.

I bought this for my 6 year old cousin, who said she liked the movie when she watched it at school. I figured I would buy something for her when I had a 5 dollar coupon and we looked for a reasonably priced film. When she saw this she said she had to have it! When she watched it, my mom and myself were also around and we both enjoyed it as well. Cute and different from the normal princess films she enjoys to watch.

I didn't know what to expect since the book is much shorter of course but the movie is actually funny. I know it is not the same illustrations but a great job putting all the pieces together and the story did make it feel like raining food could be a thing. Enjoy with your family.

This is a good animated movie, which was refreshing to see something different and unique on screen in terms of story and animation in general. Sony brings excellent video and audio quality for this Blu-ray release so if you have a good tv and a surround sound system, you and your kids will definitely enjoy this. Recommended!
