I bought this as a replacement for another computer, which had the same issue as this one. This would randomly stop working, blue screen if I left my bluetooth headphones plugged into the USB port, delete games I had already downloaded, and sometimes refuse to turn on for a week at a time. It finally blue screened in the middle of playing Stardew Valley of all things, and never turned back on, instead giving me an error and refusing to boot. Super easy to use, simple to set up and get started playing games. Totally suited my needs until it crapped out. When I returned to the store to get it fixed, I was told the part needing replacement for this were no longer manufactured and they would just refund for in-store credit. I returned this in November, and had only had it since June.
