We appreciate your choice of CLX, and regret that the system that originally arrived had issues.

Please know that had the system had those issues prior to shipping, the system would not have shipped. The issue here isn't our QA, it's the fact that during shipping, some packages can take quite a beating, causing a variety of issues, including displacements.

We do use very robust, custom, packaging for our systems, but sometimes, even that isn't enough.

While we certainly regret if an issue has been encountered with the system, please know that we are more than happy to assist in diagnosing and remedying it, but will need some assistance from you.

When your feedback was posted, we did not find any record of contact from you with our Support Team, and they therefore reached out to you - both by phone and email - in an attempt to assist. With no answer or reply back to us, communications have unfortunately been unable to be established, to date.

This lead us to initially presume that the exchanges mentioned in the feedback were done through Best Buy, instead of directly with us. However, we find no record of another CLX system -in the narrow timeframe between the initial purchase date, and that indicated by the feedback posting date, being ordered or even shipped to you or your specific locality.

We are therefore wondering if perhaps this CLX system was the replacement you arrived at, for some other system.
