My son absolutely love this pic. It’s lights up the room at night so he’s super excited about it. It’s very fast in speed so he’s able to play his games online with friends and family with high speed.

Computer runs great. It was easy to set up and it's a very beautiful machine. Plays Ark Survival Evolved and 7 Days to Die on high graphics without a hiccup. But, one of the lights stopped working already (it's only been a month), and I was disappointed to find that out doesn't have an SD card reading slot or and only has one monitor outlet (so your second one has to be connected via HDMI). None of those things are vital so it still gets 4 stars.

I recently came into a bit of money, so I decided to buy my first PC in about 7 years. I had been working with a MacBook Pro since 2013, and I wanted to be able to play games again. Even more so, I wanted to play games and use programs without my computer having a meltdown. When this arrived and I got everything set up, I jumped onto one of my older games, Dead Space, cranked up the resolution settings, and played through. No framerate drops, no overheat, just smooth gameplay. This is a definite must if you want something to play pc games smoothly.

We bought two of these. My computer is perfect! When we are playing WOW, I have zero lag time and the clarity is perfect! My husband on the other hand has issues with his. The game will kick him off and an error message will pop up on the computer. Then all programs close down. The only program he downloaded was WOW, he has not downloaded anything else. I honestly wish we had opted to add a norton/mcafee security at time of purchase, so I would recommend that you add that to your purchase.

Other than needing to put in a new power supply not for defective reasons just so it'll run a bit better it's pretty good. Runs everything well on high graphics and with some ram it goes a long way!

It works well I play fortnite at 240 FPS. It will drop frames at times, but overall it’s a great PC. They have great support if you have issues no long wait times and you get to talk with someone who knows their stuff.

This has been great for working with Unity building 2d and 3D games. Great design and look. Set up and use is a breeze. No regrets here!

Purchased it for my Home office. I use for work, watch movies, heady duty programming & development, as well as Office producity tools. I paired it with a Viotek 34' Gaming Monitor. I've also added anothe 16 GB of RAM. Workstation is quiet and extremely fast.

I ordered this on the 15th and got it on the 29th I was supposed to get it the 28th but i was fine waiting an extra day. Not sure how exactly shipping has anything to do with my review of the product {seeing as other people are reviewing the shipping and customer service over how the device works in the first place} but the PC runs great I haven't had a single issue with it and i've put in quite a few hours of gaming on it already. would hands down recommend to anyone wanting to start out in the PC gaming world.

Placed the order april 15th, supposed to receive it by april 28th... got an email on the 28th saying order was delayed now I have to wait until may 5th. Will i get it before then doubtful today is the 3rd of may. Bestbuy says if it doesnt ship by may 5th they will cancel the order on their behalf. Meanwhile I have not had an option to cancel the order instead of waiting. Also when I called bestbuy they told me they couodnt cancel it either and that I'd have to call corporate to have it canceled. If I'm waiting 3 weeks just to have them cancel my order I better receive some kind of compensation.. this is just ridiculous
