The only reasons that this prebuilt is 4 stars is that the psu is bronze, but other than that, this is pretty good. They gave me a Gigabyte Aorus motherboard, (I don't know if it's the pro version or not), Gigabyte Eagle 3070, Ryzen 7 3700x, Patriot 500 ish ssd, and 2 tb harddrive(s). They built it well, no mistakes, nothing. It isn't a scam which is good. I would recommend you to buy this if you don't want to build a computer.

This prebuilt seems fine. the build looks good but sadly when I ordered this computer it wasn't at all what I bargained for. the computer itself would run but I couldn't run any video games on it, not even low-end games that don't take that much juice to run like csgo and league of legends. the computer itself won't even run consistent 60 frames its frame drop is huge I would have 200+ frames 1 sec and then 1 second late 03 frames and the gaming experience was awful. It's sad seeing such a strong pc do such a poor job running games and even if i put the lowest setting in the game i would still get frame drop or frame lag. The parts probably aren't compatible with each other

As to the issues encountered, please know that the components are indeed compatible. In addition, our systems are thoroughly tested prior to shipping, and performance issues such as lag or large drops in frame rates are metrics that our testing would catch.
There are multiple possible causes for the issue you've experienced, including a video card that came a bit loose during transit, and is no longer firmly seated in its slot.
