Its a good pc but when i received it the first time from the company it showed up with foam in the pc. I had to wait 2 weeks for it to be built and sent out. I contacted the company and got a return for a new pc. They paid for the return and they rebuilt my pc no charge it took a week for the replacement pc. They replaced everything that needed to replaced and when i received the new one there was not foam in it. It is a good pc i haven't experienced any problems.

The star review is for the product itself. Everything is exactly as mentioned. Worked great out of the box, runs amazing, quiet, and all around the best PC I have had thus far. The experience was terrible. Maybe I am ignorant to the idea they would have to use a third party and have to build the PC custom to the order. I wss under the impression that the PC was already built and ready to ship. I was wrong. They used a company called CybertronPC (CLX) and some of their components came from other countries (China being one of them). The expected delivery was delayed almost 2 weeks out from the original date. This wasn't really a big issue, I was just super excited to receive it, and impatient. Best Buy, if you are going to sell a product that requires you to contact a third party company and have the product custom built, tell your customers about it. I would have understood the wait time. Instead, I was without transparency during the whole order.

CLX makes quality computers. Shipping was long but thats expected during this pandemic. Took about 3 weeks to receive. Everything was packaged well. No damage to anything and all the components were secure and in place. Its a simple and clean build. The RGB is nice if you like that kind of thing as well. I'd suggest a CLX rig before a cyberpower or ibuypower prebuilt.

Runs like a champ. Due to the current pandemic it took awhile to receive (about 3 weeks), but the wait was worth it. Got a great computer for about 2-3 hundred dollars less than an HP or Dell with the same components.

Ordered this PC. waited over 10 days and the PC never sent. no update. no message. Finally cancelled the order and tired ordering another PC. fingers crossed it will actually be sent. If not, for sure will not be buying from Best Buy.
