I got this when it was on sale and it's pretty great so far. It came well packaged/assembled. Had more RGB than I was expecting, but that's a plus for me. It runs most of the games I play pretty well on High or Ultra settings. It's also pretty quiet when silent mode is on. Few minor cons: - Had to immediately upgrade the RAM since it came with one 16gb 2400mhz stick. - Temps are not the best when running some games so will probably have to change the cooler or fans in the near future. - A 960gb SSD isn't a lot a but thankfully I had extra HDDs for storage (I use the SSD as a boot drive). -The keyboard and mouse combo is average, not the best out there (wasn't expecting it to be). Other than that, it's a well performing PC and a major update from my old laptop. Would definitely recommend and will probably buy more products from CybertronPC in the future.

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.exceeded my expectations! cant beat it for the price. performance and speed is amazing as well. took awhile to receive but it was no ones fault. got a free case upgrade for the delay which was Great! only con to the package is the keyboard.. definitely on the low end, quality wise. but i actually didnt even expect it to come with a keyboard so its not a big deal. The tower alone was well worth the price. i'm completely satisfied with the purchase and would buy it again as well as recommend it. I wish i would've bought one sooner!!

Does not work out of the box

I will need to call support tomorrow and see what's going on. Hopefully Windows 10 is pre-installed and there will be no more frustration. Otherwise this has to be returned. Maybe someone had returned the one I received. Arrived today in 5 days, almost two-weeks earlier than expected--most probably it was too good to be true. Disappointed parent of a 10-year-old who is even more disappointed.
