The kids use this computer to play online, very quiet and super fast. Great frame rate, no lag that we've noticed so far. With our ISP we are getting just shy of 1 gbps speed on this machine. The SSD helps for very fast boot up. The only thing so far is we wish it would've come with bluetooth and wifi.

I have been extremely pleased with the performance of the CLT Cybertron PC. It was extremely easy to set up and the quality of both my gaming performance and my graphics quality has been phenomenal. AMD Rizen 7 3800x is just as good as the Intel i7-i9 series and don't let anyone tell you differently. This computer is definitely a high-end system and probably the only better one you could get would be a home-built one (and that only on price). It definitely delivers quality and is well-worth the price tag.

This is a solid game PC. No problems with this PC right out of the box and is capable of running all the latest games at max settings. No lag while running games and capture card on a 32" curved and a 2nd 24" monitor. The packaging was well thought out and effective. Out of habit I always re-seat all the cards in new PC towers because they usually need it after shipping. This had been packed with formed foam making it unnecessary but I did it anyway.

It's a beast for sure, it packs a punch. Not great but not terrible, if you're lazy first time PC user who doesn't want to build their own, You won't notice anything wrong. But what you're paying for it you should get a way better motherboard and a way better graphics card. Motherboard isn't bad its just the budget model, still get's the job done but it's like come on.

      Dojin33,

Thank you for investing in a CLX SET!

We appreciate your trust in us and our products, especially as your feedback (which we also appreciate) leads us to believe that you likely normally build your own systems.

We are glad that you find your CLX SET to be a "beast" that packs a punch, as we strive to deliver an enjoyable experience!

Speaking of the feedback, we would like to respectfully address some of the topics raised.

With regards to value, or part selection, different people have different opinions on what they consider to be a good value, whether it be based on brand, features, etc. and often prefer different brands or models when it comes to certain products. Therefore, please know that while we firmly believe that the configuration is a good and balanced value, we absolutely respect your opinion.

It is important to note that we don't choose the manufacturer and model of a component simply on pricing. We seek to provide products that will last our customers for a good, long time. This is why we instead focus primarily on other factors such as brands with a good track record, along with performance, durability, and reliability.

While there are both higher and lower models of motherboard available, the one used in this configuration is good and dependable, designed for gaming, offers a good mix of features, and should perform well for years.

With regard to the video card, at the time of this writing (01/23/2020), the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 is a current generation, higher-end card, and performs extremely well across the board, and is a strong factor in the end-user value of this configuration.

This brings us to buying a pre-built system, versus build-it-yourself.

First, we would like to state that choosing to invest in a pre-built machine does not mean that someone is lazy - some individuals do not wish to build their own system, including many who are more than capable.

Some people are simply not comfortable with the task of building a computer system on their own.

Others, who are capable and comfortable with building a computer may lack the time to do so. Perhaps don't want to deal with the process of sourcing a variety of components, ordering them from one or more vendors, and then assembling and integrating the machine. It is also possible that they simply don't enjoy the chore of assembly, and find value in having someone else do it for them.

Many enjoy having a single point of contact for all aspects of support for their system, regardless of the varied brands of the parts used in its assembly. They prefer this over having to deal with multiple companies, each of which likely only provides warranty service, information, and assistance for the components made by them, not the system or their interaction with it, as a whole.

Regarding support, all of our systems come with both a warranty and Free Lifetime Technical Support. For as long as someone owns one of our systems, they can contact us and we will gladly assist them, even if the configuration has been modified.

This introduces something else we feel very important to mention; for those who wish to do so, modifying the configuration over time, to meet their evolving needs, does *not* void the warranty or Free Lifetime Technical Support that we provide.

To be clear, we understand that some people will always lean towards building their own systems. However, we feel that the reliable, solid-performing and high-quality systems we build, along with our pro-active approach and dedication to customer service and satisfaction, provide the overall computing experience and value enjoyed and desired by many.

      Thank you again, Dojin33!

Bought in 2020 and broke in 2023. My older computers lasted years without needing service.
