Okay but not for gaming

We appreciate your feedback, and would like to mention that should you wish to upgrade the system over time, whether that be additional storage, a discrete GPU, you certainly may. CLX systems do not use proprietary parts, and any properly installed component that does not damage the system, will -not- void the 1 year parts, lifetime labor warranty, or free lifetime technical support we at CLX provide.
Also, the configuration as shipped is well-suited for many games; as with any system, it all depends on what you want to play, at what settings, etc. Often times, there are things that can improve game performance, such as driver versions, game settings, etc. If you have any questions regarding the system, game settings, etc., please do not hesitate to contact our support team, toll-free, at 855.490.2569. Loving this PC

I bought the graphics card for the PC because it was lagging. Well the graphics card won't work with the memory card because the whole system was refurbished and over 5 yrs old. I called Best Buy and they said because I opened it and added the graphics card the warranty was voided. I asked them why they sold me a PC that was over 5 yrs old as new? Oh they said that's typical. When I asked for a refund or at least some sort of credit they said well you already added stuff to the PC so the warranty is no longer valid. This PC is 7 months out of the box. I will NEVER do business with Best Buy again. My coworker who is fixing it said that I got ripped off!! Thanks Best Buy!!! I'm filing a complaint to the BBB.

Over all a good Pc

I primarily play high quality games such as GTA and COD and the lagging is a bit much. I had to do any upgrade which I hate I had to do within a year. For you beginner gamer, this is a nice start though.

We're glad you like the system, and find it to be a good value. With regard to lagging in some games, this can often be addressed through various settings and/or drivers.
Or, as you have done, owners of this system that decide they would prefer or need to modify the configuration to better suit their evolving needs, it is easily accomplished, as the system uses no proprietary parts.

couldnt even run fortnite

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.fortnite crashed within 2 seconds of loading into the menue and i am not over exaggerating if i could show a video i would and all other games couldn’t hit above 40 frames the gpu isnt powerful enough to run graphicly demaning games but if ur looking for a pc to watch youtube and play roblox on this is the one for you (unless your planning on spending an extra couple hundred dollars on graphics cards)

Intel Wireless Bluetooth

It doesn't work with any of my bluetooth earbuds I have and they aren't cheap. I'm very disappointed in this feature.
