Decent little PC for the price. It took a little bit to get going. LOTS of windows and driver updates, but after that it's been a month and no major issues. You will have to mess with the settings on the GPU and in game to make it function properly though. If it's not set and the temp goes above 70 degrees, it will beep at you. Once you have it set correctly, you can play just about any graphic intense game on HIGH+ settings. Overall, a really good step up from by Gaming Laptop I bought 10 years ago. Was definitely needed.

Not bad so far. I wanted to get a new PC with a better graphics card which is the 3070 RTX and a better CPU. My old PC will give out soon or later so I decided to get this one since it's on sale. So far, I played Warzone, Apex, Dead Space Remake, all of the Battlefield (including Battlefronts), DBD, Valorant, etc. You get the point. You might get a few lags here or there when you are using ULTRA settings, but overall, this thing works like a beast. The memory holds up well since it is 32GB of RAM and this is Windows 11, I have no issue with the new OS version. I was surprised that the PC was tiny when I got it out of the box but it fits perfectly on my desk or either under it. Everything is working just fine the way it is supposed to be. If I have anything to add in the future, I will edit on here but so far, the pc is running well. Also, do your research if you are deciding on the 3070 or 3080. The reason why I got this one is that it was on sale and 3070 runs natively on 2K HD monitors. Since I have one already, as I matter of fact just get 3070. 3080 would have been overkill since it goes well on 4K HD monitors. I could be wrong about what I am saying but at least this was cheaper than getting the 3080 or 4090. Also, the CPU (AMD 5800X) is a bit better than the i7 models/version.

The first one we ordered kept crashing. We did all the troubleshooting we could, checking hard drives, RAM, Windows system files, making sure everything was seated/plugged in right. Brought it to the local Best Buy and they wouldn't even look at it - we just had to return it and order a new one. Waited another couple weeks on shipping and the second one was missing the 3TB hard drive. Best Buy wants us to return it and order a new one again.
