We appreciate your feedback, and respectfully, there are a few things we feel we should mention:
1) The PSU is more than adequate for the configuration, and having sold many thousands of them, we can state that it is a very dependable model. Does this mean that 100% of them work well and forever? No, of course not. Everything has a failure rate, no matter how small, but if the model wasn't dependable we wouldn't continue its use.
2) We do not assemble systems in the hopes that they will fail, either initially or over time, to gain repair revenue. This is simply not a business practice that we will have any part of. Period.
3) We appreciate that each individual will have their own preferences, including PSU 80PLUS rating levels, and we respect that. That is one of the reasons that those who own CLX systems are welcome to modify their configuration; any properly installed component, that does not damage the system, will -not- void the warranty and free lifetime technical support we at CLX provide.
