What a mess getting this computer due to many hiccups online on Best Buys end.
There is one down fall to this rig.
NO instructions were sent from the Manufacturer.
So unless you are tech savvy it can be a difficult set up.
NO there is not any type of Audio in this set up.
most complain about fan noise....it can be a bit annoying.
But compared to just 5 year ago wow what an improvement in noise reduction from the fans.
There are 2 huge marks for this machine.
1. The Storage = great for those games that eat up a lot of it
2. the ability to go inside the case to clean the dust out before it becomes a huge issue.
Each component is easily accessible should the diy'er need to replace any part of this rig for an upgrade or to replace worn components.
This comes with a so-so keyboard that is so stiff I though maybe someone starched the key switches.
And the mouse while nice does not have a long enough wire for how I have my rig placed.
I will be looking to replace the keyboard and mouse soon.
I got this on sale and what a bargin.
Yes it does have the down fall of no audio and no cd drive.
Those are easy fixes with outside devices.
I would have given this 5 stars had Best Buy just had better customer service when trying to sort out the online sale and their lack of keeping the customer updated. I had to get on the phone multiple times to find out what was going on with the purchase and shipment.
I do think however at the end of it was the manufacture.
I have seen many negative comments about CLX computers that other customers had to finish attaching the ports to the case or jimmy the case so ports could be reached for power and other cables.
I did not have this issue.
Although the snide attitude from customer service at Best Buy over the phone is NOT needed and many need to be retrained.
This is hands down a great buy.
