Very disappointed with this purchase and valuable time wasted. Poor packaging, useless parts, horrible build & without through inspected before sending off to the buyer. When I opened the case to safely remove the packaging foam I heard a rattling of loose screws or parts as well. Later found out it was two screws and a broken zip tie running loose inside. If you're dropping twenty-five hundred dollars for a gaming pc you would expect new, high-end components, with nice packaging with unopened merchandise. Instead of refurbished Motherboard and a MSI NVIDIA RTX 2080 SUPER. The guy that gave this product five stars must've picked it up from BB or got this before CLX decided to use refurbished parts. Don't have your computer shipped to your home if it is from UPS. UPS clearly does not care about your item(s) and clearly is illiterate. The box clearly stamped FRAGILE, PLEASE HANDLE WITH CARE label. BB and CYBERTRON PC you guys need to change the shipping handler to FedEx instead of cutting corners.

I follow and have been interested in custom PC builds for a while. During the COVID shelter-in-place I needed to upgrade my PC for a rendering project and needed a powerful PC quickly. I purchased this with my fingers crossed, not knowing the company or components for most of the peices. I did a quick estimate for med.-to-low quality parts on PCPartsPicker.com and came up wiht a higher build cost based on my assunmptions. The parts were better than I expected and the build is solid. It is performing outstanding after a couple ofweeks and I couldn't be happier with the results. I want to add that the CS at the Jantzen Beach BB (Paul) were really helpful with a late day purchase and made this after hours (6:10 PM) curbside pick up happen as I was in a pinch.

Really enjoying the new rig, just wish I'd noticed that there was no physical disc drive. Not a big deal with most everything being digital now days, but I do have a few old games that will be just a little harder to install and play.
