Customers highly value the overall performance of the SET Gaming Desktop, but some have expressed concerns regarding the motherboard's quality and the case fans' noise levels. Negative feedback points to the motherboard as a potential point of failure and insufficient cooling solutions. Issues with the fans include high speeds and a lack of control, leading to excessive noise. While the system's powerful components are appreciated, these shortcomings detract from the overall user experience.

I replaced my 11 year old server with this computer, and it blows my old machine out of the water. This purchase was an upgrade. I ended up buying this PC over comperable models with the i9, but the higher core count of the Ryzen 9 3900x made it the better deal. I don't just game, I do some graphic design work using Adobe software, 3D graphics, and video editing. This machine was also about the same price as the server I built 11 years ago, the technology you get at the price point is as great deal, it was for me since I made this purchase during the Black Friday holiday sale.

This build will give you the 3900X and the 2080ti BUT what it won't give you and won't tell you is everything else on par with those two products.
- You'll be given a cheap AIO solution that cannot handle being overclocked.
- The cheapest AM4 motherboard you could get to handle the 3900X (With a broken 12v RBG output to boot)
- You'll be given the Cheapest 2080ti on the market (a blower card)
- The cheapest 3000 mhz Ram on the market
- A 5400 rpm HDD, not a 7200 rpm as advertised
- Case fans that can only spin at 600 rpm and unable to control them, making your case a space heater.
- A 80Bronze PSU that will fail within the first 3 months of ownership.
While I will give credit to customer support that when my blower card failed within the first week of ownership, I received a Zotac Gaming Amp 2080ti in return, unexpected upgrade.
But as of this writing, they have yet to even offer me a replacement HDD because I received a 5400 rpm HDD instead of the advertised 7200 rpm and this has been ongoing for over a month.
All in all, I would have maybe payed $2400 in parts to build it myself given I have looked everything up on PC Part Picker as this came. It's just not worth it and I will never buy from this vendor again.

I got this computer to handle 4K video editing and motion graphic creation as well as gaming. It handles all of it without breaking a sweat.
There are only two things that I find slightly annoying. First, some of the ports (two of the USB and one Display) fit tight and feel like I'm going to break something when I try to unplug things. The Display port isn't much of an issue after getting my set up situated, but the USB ports are a bit more since I use several external hard drives.
The other thing that I find slightly annoying is that the fan runs very fast and very loud for a solid 5-7 seconds when you turn it on. It calms back down and runs pretty quiet after that. It doesn't affect how the computers run, but it is pretty noticeable for those 5-7 seconds.
Overall, very happy with investing in this computer!

This computer is everything that I expected and more. Setup was easy and straight-forward, as Microsoft has really streamlined that process. That only took a few minutes and then I did all the updates. That was also painless. I have been using this PC for a few weeks now and the performance is very satisfactory. The 32 GB of RAM really makes a big difference and I haven't seen any performance issues at all. One reason why I wanted a new PC was because my other one was so old and slow that if I had to reboot, I wouldn't be able to use my PC for 20+ minutes. This new one reboots instantly and you can be logged back in to continue your work in a minute or less. It is silent and the glass door to get to the internal components is a nice feature as all you need to do is open the door if you want to add more RAM or something inside. There is no unscrewing of screws to remove the outer "shell" or anything like that. I also like the assortment and number of USB ports and their locations in both the front and back. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with this PC.

Would have given 5 stars, but video card installed was artifacting right out of the box, they blamed it on delivery, not sure I’m buying that excuse, has already been exchanged by manufacturer, and games advertised were not included, fortunately, my son doesn’t care for them anyways. I’m thinking a bit pricey for what you get ( actual components), but a nice powerful gaming computer nonetheless.

At $2999, I am a bit underwhelmed by both the motherboard (MSI X570-A Pro) and the wireless card (TP Link TL-WN881ND V2). Everything else is pretty solid, and I'm happy with the purchase, but I have a bit of a bad taste in my mouth because of the two items mentioned above.

Kinda pricey, but still a great rig. I wish it offered more ssd memory though. Some of my USB ports don't even work.

Wouldn’t recommend to an enemy let alone a friend! The whole point of buying from CLX is that they are supposed to assemble the PC and save you the hassle of doing it yourself. That said, with the issues I’m running into I’d recommend buying the individual parts and doing it yourself. You’ll save several hundred dollars in the process.
They slopped thermal paste on my GPU and motherboard while assembling my computer causing the GPU to fail (notice the other one star review here had the same issue) and when I called to see about using the warranty the person I spoke with was rude and patronizing. If you get a prebuilt computer at least go with a company that can do it correctly since that’s LITERALLY all you’re paying them for. If everything goes great it’s a decent computer, but trusting them to assemble it is too big a gamble when you’re talking $3000. Steer clear!
