This computer randomly shuts down constantly. I would not recommend it, and the tech team at Best Buy is unable to figure out the problem.

      Lowellboi,

Thank you for choosing CLX; we regret that an issue has been encountered, and will be happy to help!

While the nature of the issue encountered isn't stated, we have included information for a couple common symptoms and their solutions, below. If they do not help to remedy the issue, please do not hesitate to contact our Support Team, toll-free, at 855.490.2569.

      Thank you again!

      1) If the system is powering on, but you're not getting a signal to your display, make certain to connect the display to one of the video ports on the video card, not the motherboard. The video card ports will be near the middle of the system, in a horizontal row, while the video ports on the motherboard will be up near the top, with the various USB, audio, network, and other ports.

      2) If the system isn't powering on, make certain that the 'rocker' style switch on the power supply (found near where the power cord plugs into the computer) is in the 'on' position. This switch is the main power switch, and if it is off, the system won't power up when the normal power switch is pressed. The main power switch just needs to be 'rocked', so that the line symbol is in the down position. If the circle symbol is in the down position, it's off, and needs to be rocked the other direction.
