    I got this pc because i thought oh well i bought a prebuild from best buy so lets see how it goes again. I am truly disappointed and frustrated with this order.

      We regret that your experience has not been as expected, and are happy to help!

      Please note that one of the drives installed is an NVMe M.2, and as such is a small card installed horizontally on the motherboard, and not in a traditional drive bay. This may account for the 'missing drive' mentioned in your feedback.

      As to the fans, we would have to know more, but it's possible that a power connectors came loose in transit.
