First time booting it up, it didn't connect to the monitors. I had to reboot... Not a good start. When the system goes to sleep, half the time it doesn't reconnect to the monitors or my wireless keyboards so I have to force restart. CLX tech support said I should just keep the computer up all the time or power it down during periods of non-use... ok. It wasn't able to connect to my Wifi (perfectly strong) so I put a repeater right next to it in order to get it on the network. Finally, about half the games I run on it crash not running anything crazy. I shouldn't have wasted so much time on it. Will be returning shortly. I normally don't write reviews, but do yourself a favor and keep looking.

We see that our Support Team has been in touch, and after the WiFi antennas were attached to the system (they ship unattached, so as to prevent damage in transit), and our Team Member assisting with a few settings, etc., that the system is now performing much more as expected.

Take at least two minutes to start, with windows installed on ssd drive, not able to run s single game, game instantly crushes regardless. Have not seen worst pc for such money. Stay away from this pc

Very sad, I waited over a month to receive only to be set with a long boot time and a slow running machine. (Even after system and drivers were updated). The shell is cool and it was put together well but once it comes to actually using the computer it is a utter disappointment. Save yourself the time and hardship with this and buy a different one.

Shipment arrived precisely when quoted. After a BIOS update and setting tweaks, the unit screams. Boot time is 30 seconds, and connected to a good G-Sync monitor (Samsung G50 Odyssey) at 180Hz refresh rate, game performance and graphics are excellent! And the aesthetics of the internals are neat, tidy and colorful. Patience through the first week of setup and fine-tuning will pay off. All in all a great system.

My son's computer broke the first month he got it and then brok again a month later. Manufacturer said the motherboard was no good and to issue store credit, not a refund. But i wasn't given a refund for the $350 insurance. They took that and told me i lost it. I dont understand how they can sell a product, have it break multiple times within 2 months and then tell me i get not insurance back. Dont buy the the insurance or this PC, its a scam.
