Had to ship this one back for two reasons. First, the power button didn't work. Once pushed in, it didn't come out. Had to hit the power button near the motherboard and manually reconnect four tiny colored cables for it to turn on. Second, one of the memory sticks was faulty. The 3TB Hard Drive also didn't appear at first because there was no drive letter assigned. Phone support was able to resolve the hard drive, but the broken power button was another story. If it had just been a faulty memory stick, they could just send me a new one, but for $2500, you'd think you'd at least get a machine with a working power button. Shipped, serviced and returned in less than two weeks. It's very quiet, you barely hear it. Performance is awesome and I am pleased with the purchase, it's just that this one required two surgeries to get it going.

    Constant crashes

This PC performs well, let me start off by saying that. It runs any modern game on the highest settings, and it gets a little hot, but never struggles. Out of the box, though, the internal packaging foam was shoved in so carelessly that nearly all the wires became unsocketed and unplugged. I spent 90 minutes with a tech over the phone figuring out what went where. Since then, more than a year later, I've had consistent blue screen issues. Right now, I can't even get the thing to boot. Nothing specific ever causes the BSODs--sometimes it'll crash doing something as mundane as sitting in a Discord call, and I've had all manner of crash codes come up. I haven't been able to pinpoint if this is a fault RAM issue or if the drivers with this GPU just really hate Windows 10. This would be a perfect PC if it ran consistently, but I've had nothing but headaches for the past 13 months.

This Cybertron gaming desktop is definitely worth the extra money. Blazing fast with killer graphics. Plus it looks awesome. This is my second Cybertron gaming desktop and the one I just replaced is still just as fantastic as it was when I got it years ago. Gave it to my family member because their PC was having major issues. These guys really know how to make quality, long lasting machines.

What a waste of money, had issues from the moment I plugged this desktop in. Keeps crashing despite``` the fact I’ve reinstalled windows at least 9 time. In the process of writing this review it has crashed 4 times, I’ve resorted to writing this review on word for windows. I was in the middle of a race on Asphalt 9 when it shut itself off.... I regret ever purchasing this unit, I could have spent my money elsewhere and had a much better experience with say an Aleinware Gaming desktop..... Just saying

This computer was specifically for graphic design. We were previously using and HP Omen gaming computer. We were advised to try a threadripper as we were not happy the performance within graphic design programs. This computer has been a major upgrade and we are glad to have made the switch.
