Frame rate drop unacceptable

Starts up and seems to be running smooth, then out of nowhere framerates drops to 20. Other people also having this issue and talking about it in the Q&A section. If I can get this issue resolved I will update review.

Damaged

Because of the cost, he got little else. Unfortunately, the case was dented, like it had been dropped. It was solidly packaged so it had to have happened at the factory. I'm sure Best Buy will refund it but there are no good gaming PCs in stock now. I am waiting, right now, on hold with cybertronpc and have been on hold for nearly 30 minutes so I guess I'd say their customer service is poor too. Disappointed and going with a different brand for certain.

Lights burn out in a week or two

Extremely easy to hook up, great quality, speed & power. The only reason why I'm not giving it 5 stars is because my top HDMI port doesn't work (haven't checked since I've updated my drivers) but overall, I'm very happy with the purchase.

Power failure
