My old pc just wasn't able to keep up with running the adobe photoshop/lightroom and I also really want to get more into video and video editing so I am excited about the potential. **One big disclaimer I ran across is that this PC does NOT come with WiFi enabled as advertised by the listing here on Best Buy. However, when I called CLX they were extremely helpful and overnighted a wifi adapter to install, free of charge. The interaction with them alone would make me give the computer 5 stars. Very satisfied and happy I didn't have to go through Best Buy with the long wait times, getting switched from dept to dept etc.

Runs well but of keeps freezing for no reason.

I have asked for help and I have updated everything on it and it still freezes on the easiest things.

I only use it for business. Less than 2 months after having it, the internal hardware went bad. Two weeks to get it repaired. Very disappointed. I don't recommend it.

While the vast majority of our customers enjoy an issue-free CLX experience, there are those times when an issue develops / first expresses, only after some time has passed. This is of course true of all physical products, of all brands. However, we do what we can, to reduce such occurrences by careful component selection, expert assembly, integration, and professional testing. And, on those occasions when something unexpected does happen, we stand behind our product, and are happy to assist in remedying the encountered issue. That being said, we'd like to respectfully address the repair mentioned in the feedback. As to the time it took, we cannot really speak to that, as we have no record of your having contacted us here at CLX, for assistance with the system. It is therefore important to note, that so long as the system was properly serviced, i.e., no damage done to the system, then even if the configuration was modified, doing so will not have voided the warranty and support we at CLX provide. We hope that should you have any questions, or need any assistance with the system in the future, you will contact us without hesitation. Thank you again!
