Not Stress-Tested

This tower runs games very well, for about one or two minutes than shuts down. The really upsetting part about this is CLX claims that they stress test each of their systems (see snag from the CLX website below), if this is true than this computer should have never shipped in its current state.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

We absolutely empathize and understand the frustration of a just-received system not functioning, and also how this could give the impression that the product was not tested, prior to shipping.
However, we do test each system before it is packaged to ship to its intended recipient. In fact, each system and its status is tracked throughout the assembly, testing, and QA stages (among others). When contacting us, using the information provided below, we will be happy to provide you with a copy of the Testing and QA forms.
This being said, we stress that each and every system must pass the aforementioned testing, as we will not knowingly send out a defective product. In addition to the ethical considerations, and the fact that we are a customer-centric company, there is simply no point or advantage for anyone -us or our customers- in doing so. It can only result in an upset customer, which no one wants.
Despite the strenuous regimen we put each of our systems through, as with any physical product, there are those occasional issues that don’t express themselves until after transit, with this unfortunately being one such example.
The symptom of shutting down unexpectedly may have been caused by the stresses encountered in transit, despite our robust custom packaging. For example, the CPU cooler may have been jarred slightly loose. Or perhaps one of the components only first decided to 'act up' after we had already shut the system down for the final time prior to shipping.
