The reason I rate this product so low. Is that because after 9 months the power supply blew and I went through a long process trying with this company computer. Sending it for repair when it's just so much easier just to give me a brand new one. So far the product is okay. It runs smooth but that whole problem when I had a power supply blew out in literally about 270 days. And it was difficult to get the item fixed or repaired where I think it's just so much easier. It's just to simply send the old one back and give me a new one but they didn't want to cuz of their policy.

Outstanding computer very fast. unfortunately it showed up with a bad Nvidia card. The CLX tech support diagnosed it gave me a return number and a week later I had a replacement sent to me. I installed it and everything works great so far.

Thank you for choosing CLX!
While we are glad that you are happy with the system, we would like to take this opportunity to apologize once again, for the initial issue with the video card.

Very disappointed. The machine comes without SSD. No OS is installed. They shipped it without even checking whether the system can be opened.
Want to give zero star. One star is given to their online service. Let's see how long it will take them to ship the missing SSD. I am not sure if there are other pieces missing.
Will update this review with the progress.

steven,
Thank you for choosing CLX, we sincerely apologize for the issue encountered!
We see that our Support Team has been in touch, and has confirmed that the drive is actually present.
This was expected, as it would be nearly impossible for a system to leave here without the O/S drive, as we would have been unable to load and test the system, and we simply do not ship untested product.
It appears that the SSD, or some other aspect of the system, developed an issue during transit despite our robust custom packaging (perhaps an exceptionally rough handling by the carrier).
Thank you again, and please know that we are happy to assist, and will do our best to make your overall experience as positive as possible!

Not Impressed | Shoddy Machine | Arrived Broken

It looks nice, but this machine arrived broken and will not power on. Something is broken internally in the computer, or not connected correctly. I'm on chat right now with Best Buy to fix/replace it, but they are extremely slow and keep passing me to different reps that are supposed to know how to solve the issue (but they don't). There is also horrible instructional materials sent with the computer that would easily confuse a novice. Looks like it was cheaply assembled, and the written materials that come with it convey very shoddy design from the manufacturer. Not impressed.

TaylorW,
Thank you for choosing CLX - we regret that an issue has been encountered, and will gladly assist you!
First, we apologize for, and regret that, the issue encountered has caused you frustration, and feelings that the system was not assembled to the highly professional degree that it is. We also regret that you find the included Quick Start Guide and/or component manuals to be confusing, and are happy to assist and answer any questions you may have.
We believe the trouble shooting steps below will likely remedy your issue by simply checking if an external switch on the power supply got turned to the off position during packaging or setup, and making certain that the display has been properly connected to an active port. If they do not, however, or if you simply have additional questions, please do not hesitate to contact our Support Team, toll-free, at 855.490.2569.
Thank you!
1) Symptom: The system does not appear to be getting power, even though plugged in and any surge/power strips or devices are on and allowing power to flow.
Possible Cause: The Main Power Switch is in the `Off' position.
Explanation: The system has two power buttons; the one at the top of the system, and another on the power supply itself.
Resolution: Make certain the Main Power Switch is in the `On' position. While looking at the back of the system, near where the power cord connects to the computer, a "rocker" style switch with two symbols - a line and a circle - will be seen. One side of this switch will be down, the other up.
If the circle symbol is on the side that is down, it is in the `Off' position. In this position, power will not flow through the system, even when the power button on the front of the computer is pressed. Pressing the side of the switch with the line symbol will rock the switch into the `On' position, with the line side down and the circle side up. In this position, power is allowed to flow through the computer, enabling the front power button to turn the system on and off.
If the line side of the switch is already down, rock it to the circle side, then back, to make certain it is fully in the `On' position.
2) Symptom: The system appears to get power, but there is no signal to the attached display.
Possible Cause: The display is connected to a video port that is not active.
Explanation: This system has two sets of video ports, one of which is normally active. One set is on the motherboard, while the other is on the video card itself. As is the case here, those on the video card are typically the only active video ports.
Resolution: Check that the display is connected to one of the ports on the video card, instead of the motherboard. The motherboard video ports will be near the top of the system, among the various USB, audio, network and other ports. The ports on the video card will be more towards the middle of the system, in a horizontal row. Once connected to one of the video card ports, a video signal should be delivered to the display.

Runs great. Don't know too much about computer building but i think i this is the actual product list of the major components. This list comes out to roughly 2050. I don't know the cost of connectivity parts, cooling and case but i'm sure its not 500 This computer cost 2550. Still not that bad of a value pick if you don't know how to build a pc.
