This PC is awesome!

Solid but loud

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Computer is as powerful as you need one to be, runs everything extremely well, my only complaint is that the 3090 is alittle louder then I would like, I was unaware they sounded like a small helicopter taking off inside the case, and my water cooler came messed up from clx which they were cool about fixing for me, I just feel like a brand new one from the factory should have maybe been tested before sent off

Very Disappointed, frustrated

The first PC I received the 3090 RTX Card failed on me. It would not display a picture after it crashed 2 times in a row on Pubg. Called Nvidia and they told me the 3090 is the problem..I then returned at Best Buy store, only to come home after work and realize one of the 3 front fans does not Spin, only shows rainbow rgb lighting.. I'm not even sure how to remove the front glass looking panel to remove the front case fan. If I go to Best Buy AGAIN they will want me to return it only to ship it back to CLX(Cybertron) for a replacement or recertified unit when I have had 2 of the exact PC's sold to me defective. CLX if you are listening please do the right thing here. Shipping me a new fan for ME to install, who has no idea how to install the fan is one thing another thing to realize this PC cost me an arm and a leg only only to find out I received 2 defective PC's and haven't even got to enjoy them..this is very frustrating for me right now. Also first PC did not have a remote for the RGB lights, where as the second PC did have the remote. The first PC keyboard/mouse box seal was broken and looks used, the second PC has a new sealed Keyboard/mouse box. Please do your part here to make things right CLX..thank you

Poor parts

GeForce RTX 3090 TURBO 24G (worse 3090 no RGB and very loud ) 2. ASRock Z490 Phantom Gaming a $150 MB I am returning it

We regret that you were not 100% satisfied with the system configuration.
With regard to the GeForce RTX 3090, the feedback mentioned that it did not have RGB lighting, but this matches the listing, as no RGB lighting is indicated for the video card.
As to the video card being loud, was the supportive foam inside the system, used to protect the card during transit, removed prior to use? If not, this could cause the card to be louder than normal.
If the foam was removed, then we apologize if the noise level was greater than expected. “Loud” is very subjective, and dependent on several factors, including the ambient noise level in the environment the system is in, as well as the personal noise sensitivity and opinions of each individual. What seems loud to one person may not seem loud at all to another, all else being equal. We respect that for you, it was not as quiet as you would have liked.
Addressing the motherboard, the ASRock Z490 Phantom Gaming 4/ac is a fine and full-featured motherboard, specifically designed for gaming. We have found ASRock boards to very reliable and to provide solid performance.
We do however, understand that each individual holds their own opinions and preferences, and respect yours regarding this particular board.
We hope that perhaps you will consider trying another of our configurations in the future. If so, we invite and encourage you to contact our Friendly Customer Service Team prior to purchase, so that they may answer any questions you have about the configuration and its components.
