The computer crashed repeatedly on startup until the software reverted to factory settings, and has run fine since then. Two of the three USB ports on the top don't recognize the flashes or CD drive I insert. I don't know what's up with that. Other than that, a pretty good machine.

Well, this is my first computer, so I can't give so many technical details, I can only say that it does the job, all the games I play always run smoothly, it allows me to play with the highest graphics at 60 fps and it hasn't introduced me No inconvenience in the 2 months I've had it, I'm honestly satisfied with my purchase.

Computer works great however when I received it, the keyboard didn’t work… and there was no wifi card as stated on the description when I bought it. I had to contact the manufacturer to have a new keyboard and a wifi card sent, which I had to install myself.. the manufacturer made good on my order not necessarily Best Buy. I would suggest accurate product descriptions , and better order completion checks.

My old computer died, but this one thankfully had a lot of the same specs as my old one, so it was a lifesaver.

I have been using this PC for around two weeks and all has been good for everything I have wanted to do.

solid PC I've had it for about 6 months and I haven't had any problems with it... For now at least.

Great starting gaming pc if you want to start gaming

THE BOTTOM FAN IS NOT MOVING AND THE NUMERICAL # ON THE KEYBOARD IS NOT FUNTIONING VERY DISAPPOINTED

I purchased this model because I needed high specs for video editing.. but when I used it the first time, it turned off on its own suddenly without being able to boot properly. I thought maybe there were some loose connections. So I made sure everything was secured then tried again. But then after sometime of being turned on, it turned off again on its own. I wasn’t even using it for an hour. I tried again the following day and I was successful for a few minutes that I was able to use it for a while after booting but when I was in the middle of watching my edited videos, it went off again on its own. That’s when I decided to send it back. I was so frustrated because I was looking forward to this computer ( cheaper than a mac studio but powerful as well supposedly) but it did not deliver what its supposed to. I decided to bite the bullet and just bought the mac studio. Lesson learned. Just because the specs are high doesn’t mean it will perform well. I hope the people making these computers will run a rigid test on their products before they release it for selling.

It’s an awesome pc. I’m so glad i made this purchase. It’s a very high quality gaming pc I do not regret it. It’s worth the money. Highly recommend.

Well built PC, with a lot of good features and room for building into later on. Overall its a greay product, especially for a prebuilt PC.

Good price for equipment when I bought… some issues with audio jack port and had to return the first unit due to a faulty motherboard but it was easy to replace at my local Best Buy and the crew made it simple and easy!

This has been a good graphics processing and gaming PC for my family. I noticed after about 18 months it started to perform very poorly. I tracked it down to the Patriot P210 SSD was failing and pegged at 100% all the time. I reached out to CLX and they can't help because I'm outside the 1 year warranty. If I were to buy an SSD from Patriot directly it would have a 3 year warranty. Overally, disappointing experience that I'll need to fork out money and time after only 18 months to keep this machine going.
