This is a plug in play amazing system. Runs smooth and the remote that controls the fan and led lights is so cool

Best gaming PC I've ever owned. Runs every game I have at 4k max settings or 1440p with ray tracing. The only game that I have trouble running at max settings 4k 60 fps is the new Indiana Jones. But I think that game has max settings that are meant for future PCs. I also edit on it and it is over 5x faster than my 2070 PC at rendering 4k video.

The FPS is so great when playing multiplayer battle royales.

The product finally arrived after waiting 2 weeks. When it arrived and I turned it on, I got a blue screen with the message "application or operating system couldn't be loaded because a required file is missing or has errors" It arrived broken, extremely frustrating. Now I have to wait another 3 weeks for a new one to be shipped. Unbelievable, you'd think a $3,000.00 product would work on arrival.

Received item a couple days late after multiple delays. When received had multiple issues with the motherboard with Driver install failures as well as Ram slot issues forcing a return. Was not even able to exchange it for the same item due to Best Buy not allowing 50 series to be sold in store meaning I have to pay more if I want to get it again due to them increasing the price of the computer after my original purchase so I will most likely look elsewhere for a new PC.

Ive been building my own PC's for as long as i can remember. Not being able to get my hands on a 50 series and in need of a new gen MoBo and CPU anyway, I Decided to light my Bonus check on fire. Arrived on time, packaged safely, everything works as intended. Entire thing is plug and play, remove the interior packing foam from inside the case and roll. All parts are MSI, making all peripheral controls an easy one-stop shop. Case is clean and whisper quiet, even when PC is under load.
