    Just picked this computer and the fan is so loud you can hear it throughout the house leave alone sitting next to it. Best Buy wants me to pay for in house diagnostics!!! Unacceptable

      Thank you for choosing a CLX SET! We regret that your experience has been less than satisfactory, due to noise, and are happy to help!

      The fans we use in our systems are usually quite quiet, however, things can occur in transit. Usually, the cause of a noisy fan is something very easily remedied, such as a wire or cable that shifted a bit during shipping, and is now being struck by the fan blades. Another possible cause is if the protective foam pad that is used to support the graphics card during transit isn't removed prior to operation.

      Regardless of the cause, we will happily assist with diagnosing and resolving the issue.
