  • definitely something wrong with these computers!

    The first issue was having it turn off by itself in the middle of a job task. After that it was hard to restart and wouldn’t even go into the advance repair mode. And now it doesn’t get past the windows logo before it starts to flicker really bad and then shuts the whole unit down. I restarted more than 10 times and it won’t get past the window logo on the start screen.

  • Unstable system and GPU

    Based on other reviews, I think I may have the lemon of the bunch. From out of the box the graphics card would freeze and crash on games and even watching videos from YouTube. Sometimes even crashing Windows entirely. When that happened it had a hard time booting up. Drivers have been updated, hotfixed and rolled back all without luck. Increasing the Page File didn't work. Reset Windows, no luck. Reinstalled games, no luck. After completely reinstalling Windows, games are more stable, but some with have flickers and weird pixel flashes. This happens even after fiddling with settings within the game. However, after one day of working beautifully, the next will become a nightmare after the system refuses to boot up again - no crash caused this this time around. I've been working with CyberTron's tech support (which are really awesome people by the way. We just can't seem to completely solve the problem) trying different things. As it stands, I'm coming up on when I can return this machine and may have to give up. Given all this, I can't recommend this product and wish I wouldn't have been lazy and built my own machine.

    This was a gift for my son he was so.excited and sounds 6 to 9 hours on it .it is the best gaming computer he has ever had

    This beast runs Div 2 without breaking a sweat. Looks great and is virtually silent. Customer support was great.

    I bought this in May 2019. Loved the specs and it looks cool, but I had the same identical problems LmicheleS wrote about. I also thought I got the only lemon, but it looks like I am not alone. Tried every fix I could think of. It finally locked up so bad I tried a complete factory default reset and it would not let me do it. This pc has some potentially serious issues. Ireturned it to Best Buy. Kudos to BB for a painless return process.
