Nice looking case, cheap quality. Broke within 2 months of having it. It wasn’t even dropped. Won’t purchase again.

It's a designer case... not an Otterbox!

As someone who appreciates designer items, I know a thing or two about the culture of people that buy these things, myself included. You can simply look at the pictures of this item and realized this will provide no protection to your phone. None. If you drop your phone with this case, it will probably break. The purpose of this case, or any designer case is fashion. People that typically spend this type of money on a case like this can afford to buy another phone should it happen to break from a drop. If fashion isn't your thing and you can not afford to buy another iPhone 11 Pro Max, I suggest sticking with Otterbox. No shame in that. They definitely provide great protection. If you buy this case and are concerned about dropping your phone, make sure you have Applecare.

Incipio Case with Coach Branding - No Protection

This case is made by Incipio with Coach branding and materials. Incipio cases are normally $30, which is what this case would be if it not for Coach. It offers no front protection, only back protection. The word "Coach" that is written on the back can barely been seen like it's scratched on. Case does look nice but it isn't worth the price because of the lack of protection. One drop on the face and your phone is done for.

loved it, until the case cracked

Looked great, offered plenty of protection for small drops, the texture was perfect - not too slick, not too grippy.
But the case broke down and snapped at the thin area along the lens cut out. Lasted less than 5 months
