Great to be able to hear my spouse in case he needs help for when I am in another part of the house, or outside. It could be louder is my only negative. It beeps when person calls so that is how we use it even though volume of persons voice is not the best.

I purchased these mainly for my children to play with around the neighborhood. They work great in residential areas and have great range. I haven't tried them hiking yet to see how the range is in rural areas. They're very durable and withstand my children dropping them. Good product.

Can't believe how good the reception is!! When my 7 year old granddaughter is staying with me I will go to the basement or take my dog outside to use the bathroom. The whole time my granddaughter and I talk on these. She feels a little more grown up being able to be in the apartment for a short period by herself and I feel comfortable being able to talk to her and making sure she's fine those few minutes. I know this summer we will be using them a lot at parks and nature trails. Also when we go on a car trip. Trying to call the other car isn't safe but with this 2 way radio you just have to push the button and talk to let the other car know we need to stop. I wish we would have bought them sooner!!!

I love the local weather feature! I keep them on during a storm so my family can stay aware. They work great on hikes in the mountains within about a mile, which is perfect for my area.

Size is very good and reception is good and clear.Only battery which is chargeable easily finished ,put a non rechargeable battery performs longer than the chargeable ones.

They worked great in a 2 car convey drive from San Diego to Phoenix.

My grandchildren love these, so do I. Now when parents to somewhere we have direct communication. Saves many trips back & forth to main house. Took them deer hunting. Cell phones would not work but we could communicate with these.

I bought this to keep up with my son when he plays in the neighborhood. It has really good range and works well in the city. FYI, channel 1 is popular so if you don't want interferences use a different channel.

This is a great product for use in backing up our RV into tight places. After that the kids have a great time with them and we can keep tabs on them.

I bought these to use while skiing. They work great in and around the house and when there isn't any large structures interfering with the transmission. May not be ideal for skiing due to the trees, but we are having fun using them elsewhere.

Handy little walkie talkie easy to use and has a good range

It's a great device for the price and does extend 16 miles however, the crisp clear sound can get disorder depending on the weather outside cause of the frequency

These radios are very easy to use. Sometimes, the voice clarity isn't the greatest, but it's not so bad that you can't understand the person on the other handset.

We bought these for riding and hiking. They are awesome radios with good range. As a bonus they came with a USB charger.

I have this out by the pool and saves time when having a party and cooking out. Love it plus the kids can keep busy and actually run and play outside.

We used these for the helpers to stay in touch with each other providing foot traffic control around the Santa photo area at the mall. They served very well for the purpose that they were intended for.
