Use this in my car every day. Connects perfectly and very happy with the sound it produces. Haven't had problems with the battery life at all. Bought another more expensive brand for indoors and have been very disappointed with it. Wish I had bought another one of these. Love this thing and have recommended a friend buy one of these for his car.

This probuct does exactly what it says. The quality of the sound is a little less and lower.

This device was easy to install. Simply connect it to your stereo and connect your phone or bluetooth enabled device to it and you are ready. Being that you have to charge it you may want to get a power cord to connect it to your power supply.

Good product, good battery, easy to use, only complaint is after inactivity and it receives another signal, it "pops" the speakers

I got this bluetooth receiver primarily to allow me to connect my iPhone 5 to my car system using the 3.5mm aux connector, as the 30-pin connector is unusable with my new iPhone (thank you Apple for that!). The connector is in the glove compartment, which is not very convenient for hardwired connection. With this receiver, I have no hanging wires, easy access to my phone to control music, and excellent sound quality - better than I expected in fact. I was concerned with interferences, cracks and pops in the transmission of the wireless connection, especially considering that my car is already bluetooth enabled for handsfree calls (but not for music - duh). I got none of that. Interestingly enough, my iPhone 5 can connect to both bluetooth receivers simultaneously, and it still works perfectly when receiving or making calls through the car handsfree. I am very happy with that solution. The only drawback is that I have to remember to turn the Cobra bluetooth receiver off, when not using it. I forgot to turn it off getting out of the car last night, and the battery was drained this morning. A sleep mode or an auto shut off when no device are connected to the receiver would help alleviate that issue. BTW - I also use it with my stereo system in the house, and it works just as well.

This is exactly what I wanted. Once I paired it with my smartphone -- which was extremely easy -- I just leave it in the center console compartment of my car, where there is a 12V outlet as well as the jack for connecting to my radio. In other words, no cables hanging out anywhere. And the sound is surprisingly good -- actually better than I expected. Whenever I get in the car and turn on Bluetooth on my phone, the connection is automatically made and I can start playing from my music library, Pandora, etc. I leave it plugged into the 12V all the time, but in my case the 12V outlet is only on when the ignition is on. I also like the on/off switch so that it isn't active when I'm not in the car and the 12V isn't on either (not sure how long it will go off its battery).

This product is just awesome it make it so i no longer have to hock my phone up to my stereo with a wire i can now do it through bluetooth!!
