The Device is great when it works. It’s always active and telling me when radars are coming up, but the dash cam part of it isn’t as great as I would like. It also doesn’t connect to Bluetooth very well at all. I constantly have to forget device and reconnect, and half the time it doesn’t reconnect. These are just my opinions on the device. I wouldn’t necessarily tell people not to buy it, I would just tell people to understand the frustrations.

My husband received this gift and was able to do the simple install the same day. The alerts work and we still have some things to figure out with the app and dash cam feature

Cool two in one device. I use it in my C8 along woth the waze app and it works well. Especially for the peice of 379.99

Hands down the best radar I have have ever owned. If your thinking about purchasing this item, stop thinking about it and take the plunge. I know that your thinking about the price but I promise you that it will be so worth it and you will be satisfied. I was able to downgrade from having two separate devices meaning a radar and a dash cam down to a single device.

Love the radar part of it but I don't like the way you have the use your phone to utilize the dash cam. I guess I will have to get use to it.

everything is easy to program and easy to operate the switch on the cigarette lighter power source is not very robust as it failed after just 6 hours of use

Works very well no tickets yet. Very reliable for any vehicle on the road today. Even works well off road vehicles. Would use this product anywhere in the world. One of the best radars out by this company. And it is very easy to install in any vehicle on todays market. Upgrades are very easy you can find them very easy.

I have only had this radar detector/dash cam for a week, but it seems to work very well as far as I can tell based on limited time.

The dash cam is amazing When using the radar around cities it does pick up false signals as with other radar detectors I have owned this purchase was for the dash cam more then the radar detector. The style and ease of use made it my pic.

This radar detector definitely detects radars and does quite well with it. It has found multiple radars long before they found me. I love the mute button on the power plug which makes it really easy to temporarily mute the alerts as I pass by whatever is triggering the alert. The magnetic mount is also a great idea, making it simple to attach and detach the detector from the mount. The camera is excellent! Both the video and the audio qualities are really impressive. I cannot believe how smooth the video is and how well it records bass audio. I do not know of a reason to record such great audio on a dash cam, but it is there if you need it. Most importantly, it is simple to download videos to my phone. Keep in mind that the files are big due to being high quality. It takes time to transfer them, but it is worth the wait. Now for the negatives, this detector is supposed to connect to my phone via Bluetooth in order to obtain real time data on where traffic enforcement exists. All of the detectors are supposed to be forming a kind of mesh network to share information and protect everyone. Additionally, the functionality pays attention to your speed compared to the speed limit of the street you are on and changes color if you are speeding. I have only achieved the Bluetooth connection about 10% of the time. I think this concept of a mesh network with all of the detectors linking together is an excellent idea, but it does not appear to be working well yet. I tried updating the firmware of the detector twice, but still no luck. Hopefully it will improve soon. If you want a solid radar detector with an excellent dash cam bundled together in one clean unit, this is a great product. I would not buy it yet if the main goal is the connected functionality with the phone. The detector has the ability to connect to vehicle WiFi hotspots. Maybe that will work better. Just beware that Bluetooth is required to program the WiFi connection.

I recently purchased the cobra radar detector combination camera for my new Porsche McKahn to give me a little bit of an edge. I do tend to have a leadfoot. This device that cobra has put out seems to be a very effective tool to keep me from getting speeding tickets and also to have the ability to save video for seven days so far I like it and I would recommend it

It was a good radar detector, though a little to big for my preference. Love the color option that's cool. It can be noisy but their is an option for that. I would recommend it but it's not for everybody.

Love this , tell you your speed, you can set speed so if you go over it warns you, dash cam is a great feature you can set various setting for recording. Pairs well with phone through app. Free year of pro membership with purchase which was a nice bonus.

Quality is nice. I like the magnet to the window mount. Makes it easy to remove when not driving for storage out of view. Only disappointment is there was no wiring for hard wiring only the cigarette lighter adapter. For the purchase price and the fact that it states hard wiring in the advertisement that was the only major disappointment

Excellent detector. A little complicated to get used to all of the features but I think that is the fault of the user. Very good detection and like the choice of intensity of the signal.
