Comes in handy when you need a jump, does what it describes

Simple instructions easy to use and worked every time

This JumPack was just ok. I wasn't just thrilled about it.

This only worked once for me. It's never again worked to boost my car's battery. I knew when I bought it that I had overpaid as I've seen others on the market that are multi purpose and cost less, but I was headed on a road trip and needed something asap. I wish I could still return this piece of junk.

Leave in my car for emergency Tried once...works If you live in an area that is bad for car batteries, like South Florida...it's a must

...the good news is that I haven’t needed to use the product yet but it does look to be well-made

Bought for a jump pack but it's only good enough for a cell phone charger, charge last for a couple of days with a couple of recharges of phone but it takes a long time to reach full charge from 2 bars to all five

I woke up to a dead car battery and was shocked. My initial response was to call road side assistance, but then I remembered there was a Best Buy right up the street from my home. After walking to my nearest Best Buy, I clamped the Cobra Jumpack on to my dead car battery and it immediately started. Two weeks later I'm still running off the boost from the Jumpack. Luckily, there was a Best Buy that carried this product as not every Best Buy carries this item in store. I highly recommend this item. I love that It also allows me to charge my phone or tablet on the go.

My fuse get busted I don't no where to get it I have plans to return it

Waste of money and time. Thought it would've been worth it due to the fact its a small on the go charger , car cables don't work.

Purchased this because my cars battery had been drained over night from the accessories being left on. Bought the battery and charged it to full when I got home. It took a couple minutes to recharge the vehicle, vehicle didn't turn over on first crank. Gave it a second time and worked like a charm! Built in flashlight wasn't incredibly bright but it also doesn't have to be. It's just enough to see the battery post and make proper connections. I've also used it to charge my phone and it works just as well as any other battery bank. Has about 2-3 full phone charges depending on what phone you have. I decided to keep mine in my vehicle just in case!

I bought this to keep in my glove box for emergencies. I also have a set of jumper cables, but there's not always someone around who's willing and able to help. Until today, I only had reason to use this to charge my phone, which it does. The flashlight also works well enough to see underhood in the dark, but it is not nearly as bright as even a cheap standalone LED flashlight. Today, I had the occasion to use it for the first time as a jump starter. My neighbor has a Lincoln MKX and his battery died. I connected the Jumpack and, while it provided enough of a boost for the starter to make a brief noise, it failed to crank the engine at all. Upon disconnecting it, I found that the battery level (it had been fully charged a couple of weeks ago and not used since) was down to 50%. I understand that with a faulty or deeply discharged battery, a device like this may not be able to start the engine. But in this case, the battery was not completely dead and the engine started immediately using traditional jumper cables from another vehicle. Basically, if you're expecting this to help out in an emergency situation, you'd better have a backup plan. Perhaps it works on smaller engines or with a less discharged battery, but it's not a device that can be consistently relied upon.

I work at a Dealership so having something portable is ideal during the winter days.. It worked well and started cars that were big and dead for a long time. Too bad within less than 6 months of use the fuse went and it does not work anymore. In the process of trying to have a replacement unit sent under 1 year warranty.. lets see what happens... Other than that product is great for the time that it worked... and the it still works as an external charger but not as a jump starter which is why I bought it..
