We bought 2 sets of these radios, one to be a gift for our son for Christmas and one to use during a large outdoor event. These radios worked great with a very clear sound. There are several channels available, as well as, a "call" feature, and a weather radio. They use re-chargeable batteries that come with the units. I would definitely recommend them.

We bought these to take on a cruise so we could communicate on board without having to pay for WiFi. Great purchase!! Worked great in the ship. We’ve had other ones that did not work st all on the ships.

We purchased these for use on a cruise, myself, wife and niece, as our cell phones are no good at sea. The radios worked very well (NCL Epic) and saved us from wasting time searching for each other. Reception was clear on this large ship. Recharging worked great and did not need the spare standard batteries we brought.

The walkie talkies work great. I recommend these for anyone.

Works great and compact size is a plus. Wish they had the security channels to provide more privacy but they work great. USB charging is a plus too!

Awesome for the family. My kids use them when running around the campsite. I keep them in the camper and its nice to be able to communicate while they ride their bikes or go for a walk. Cell phones don't work everywhere you know. I only wish they were brightly colored because they are very lightweight and small.

they work good for what I wanted them for, I will have to read up on them a bit to see how to get the 16 mile conversation to work for us.

Got these walkie talkies for my grandson for Christmas. He has had a blast using them around the house with his sister and dad!

These radios work okay for what they were intended for, that being line of sight or nearly line of sight. In my case 16 miles distance was not realistic. Realistically they are good for 3 to 4 miles. Which works just fine for what I use them for.

Does the job just fine. The range specs are a little off, but clarity is okay within 1/2 mike on open terrain.

We bought these walkie talkies for our family and couldn't be happier! The comfort of knowing the kids can run around the neighborhood with their friends and you're able to contact them whenever you want is a great feeling when you have a reliable way besides a cell phone. We've used them for camping trips too. Great purchase if you're looking for long range!

I bought them for the nieces, had bought kids first, but junk, so i went with real walkie talkies, work good, 3 so no fighting.

Although their seemed to be some choppy interference at some times, while driving I think they still met my expectations

Haven’t really had a chance to test them out completely. I’m really intrigued if they actually can reach the 16 mile radius

Bought for my grandson . My grandkids use all around the house and yard. They have lots of fun.

They definitely are not long range. Didn’t expect them to do so, but since they claim I had to let you know. Maybe a mile if you’re lucky with no obstruction. You can get a block or two out of them and that’s it. Battery life is only a day even with mild use. Fine as a toy but wouldn’t get these if you are expecting to really use them.
