I had 2 other models before this one. One was unreadable on a bright day. One had annoying audio. This one is clear in most all light conditions and is audible over the radio with out being annoying. Liked it enough that I bought 2 more.

It works okay, I just wish they had put more effort into the mounting. I had to mount it all the way up to the roof of the car and is pointed down to the hood just to stay in place.

I love this radar Detector. I was looking for one that is easy to use and this is plug and go. It’s jyst what I need to get me from place to place with out worries about getting a ticket for 3 or 4 miles over the speed limits.

I give this product three out of five stars . Overall the product does it’s job however it does pick up false signals driving by a bank or a grocery store that has a security system . A little annoying at times but yet keeps you on your toes. I think I’ll use this temporarily into I can afford the more expensive up to date technology systems. I did a review on this cobra and it really does get bad reviews . However it was in my budget and I needed something for those just in case moments.

Unlike others it doesn't beep for every little thing only beeps when radar is detected. The coding is easy to read and understand when radar is detected while driving. Would highly recommend this brand and model.

It does the job well but in some instances, it may not detect the laser so I wouldn’t totally depend on it. Overall, a good purchase especially for the price.

Much better than the whistle I had before. Very little false alarm. Very quite and getting ready in 2 seconds from the time I turn on the ignition.

The Cobra radar and laser detector is an excellent device. It provides all the radar and laser safe-guiard features that I would ever need. It is easy to install. They audIo feedback is there feature what sold me on their Cobra

Overall this device has been helpful and convenient. Only concern I've had was once their was this constable with a laser gun and the detector did not alarm me just been wondering "why"

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my boyfriend. As far as I’ve seen it works great. There was one time I felt like it tagged a radar a little too late. Boyfriend loves it though.

Purchased this radar detector as a replacement for another cobra that was 2 yrs old. Lucky I had 2yr replacement from geek squad. Traded up to this one which has more bells and whistles.

Good product so far. A little pricey, I would wait until it's on sale personally. Haven't had any issues And it has notified me of patrolling officers on long distance road trips.

Great radar for price used it from California to Washington. Picks up good signal and false alarms but over all great product! Highly recommended for the price !

Works well in the road tells me my battery voltage. And doesn’t stay running when the vehicle is off. It automatically turns off once it detects your battery voltage is getting low

Only used it for a month, but it has already saved me a couple of tickets. Nice unit for the cost. I'm still working on the sensitivity, but I'm happy with the purchase.

Looks cool too. Keeps me on my toes. I am not a speeder.....but sometimes my car can be!

Didnt break the bank and got just what my wife needed. Hasn't gone off from any lane changing warning systems, either ours or another car. Exactly what we need and nothing more.

It's a cobra so it's good for basic detection. Cord get in the way of dash so not the best if you like less cables.

I haven’t had a radar detector in about 25 years. Decided I need one for road trips. Cobra is a good brand, and they make quality products. Highly recommend!

Got it for my daughter for Xmas since she drives like her dad only she has received a few too many driving awards so hope this helps her some!
