Warning NO support from Cobratype/Wrong Specs

[Employee of bestbuy] Warning NO support from Cobratype. First this pc came with lower speed RAM than listed and no it wasnt due to expo being off, contacted cobratype twice on their website, no response. The system also freezes and crashes to desktop a few minutes into gaming, GS tested RAM, SSD , PSU, no change, tried OS re-install still crashes, finally gave up and returned it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
