very easy to use...it acts like a flash drive so you just add music to the MUSIC.DIR folder and thats it. No need to install the software inside the player....i actually erased it so it had more room.....the headphones it comes with are HUG...get some earbuds...sound is okay, good thing its got an equalizer...i like the fact that you can play all music or play by artist, album just like an ipod.....but without the huge price tag..the charge lasted about 15 hours playing music and some radio use.

This MP3 player is really poorly constructed, the buttons are very wobbly, the buttons rarely works, the battery life is below average, and best buy got the color wrong. The Good, the UI is very nice looking, and the sound quality is nice, but if you want a cheap MP3 Player, get a sandisk.

the coby is a good mp3 player and has great feaature and can listin without headphones and can have a fast download it last until morring to night thath why i like it and it can charge will off the buttons are good ive been listening to it for 2 years never stop and can listen to music on ipod to computer and when hook up it can play the radio

I buy this MP3 player for my son, he loved! and listen music everyday since last Christmas! So far so good, was cheap in price but look's like is value for the price.

Had trouble with this player since day one. While trying to load music for the first time the player locked up and needed to be reset. The power button is of poor quality, doesn't have a clip or quality case available. After two weeks of use the player locked up again while playing music and quit altogether. Player will no longer charge and isn't even detected while connected to PC. Suggest to aviod this brand.
