Not what I thought the movie was about at all! I didn't know that there was a time limit on grief. I appreciate his"friends" staging an intervention, but it wasn't for him. It was for themselves at his expense. It made me angry. However, I liked the way it forced everyone to deal with their own issues/secrets. I liked the way he found his way back to his wife.

OMG, this movie is so awesome. I loved everything about it. With out giving away any twists or secrets it is hard to explain. I will just say it this way. Watch it and wait a day or two and watch it again. You will catch so many little things. The cast is so good in this Only thing is this should come with Kleenex you are going to need them.

One of our days best leading men, Will Smith, stars in a surprise serious leading roll. His energy and raw emotion throughout this film grabs your heart and doesn't let go.Strong supporting cast is flawless as Smith deals with what life has given to him. Love this film.Highly recommended.

Collateral beauty was Seven Pounds 2. It wasn't as good as Seven Pounds but it did try to follow that line of emotional twist. The introduction of Life,Time and Love into the story was needed. I just didn't like the way they got introduced.So for that reason I had to give 4 stars not 5 which with a few changes it would have gotten.

This is a flick, that definitely fits with Smith's traditional type characters that you never really know till the end of the movie what is going on, the movie starts out kind of slow, but when it gets going it draws you in quickly, it is a movie sure to reach even the coldest person alive, IF it doesn't maybe they aren't alive ;)

Excellent movie, guaranteed to make you cry or at least get close enough to it, that you hide your face from your friends if you want to remain a tuff guy in their eyes. Good storyline

If you like deep thinkers, you'll like this movie. The story follows Will Smith and his battles after a life-changing family event. The critics didn't love it, but we sure did. Great story. A fantastic cast of actors. Would recommend.

Will Smith did a great job in this movie. I'll watch just about anything that he stars in. We really enjoyed this one. My wife had it figured out about half way through. I had to make her some popcorn so she'd stop talking about it.

If you want to cry while watching a movie, Collateral Beauty will do it for you. It is a nice story to go with the premise of Will Smith's character losing his daughter. It will make you laugh at points, smile at times, and of course cry. All in all, I bet most don't see the end coming...

I found this movie to be entertaining and informative. I didn't not realize how serious and spread the topic was that the movie referenced. Will Smith does a very good job at portraying the main character of the movie.

For anyone who has lost a loved one, this movie will help you digest the loss and move forward. I've watched it at least 50 times, and love it like I've never seen it. It's great.

A very good drama about a man lost in his grief and how his friends and business partners try to bring him back with the help of a theater group. Very interesting journey through the traumatic events to recovery.

Ordered this movie online - really enjoyed it - don’t always agree with rotten tomatoes as it gave the movie poor reviews - ordered online from Best Buy as they had on sale - had it within a few short days

My son saw this at Best Buy when we were shopping for computer hardware and told me I would love it. We were both surprised to find it available. Best Buy has a great selection of movies, some of them hard to find.

This movie nailed it. If you want to see the collateral beauty that occurs as grief transitions from the winter of death to spring time of life again after the passing of your dearest one, watch this film.

I wasn’t sure I wanted to see this movie but heard great things about it. The reviews were correct and the story line was beautifully done. A very touching movie that hits you in the heart and makes you think.

Most people thought this movie was going to a certain way and when it didn't they decided they did not like it. I loved the twist and I am glad it was not what I expected. Such a good emotional and real movie.

This bluray came with a digital copy. The story is based on a father coping with losing a child and the negative impact it's having on his business/partners. A plan is devised to help the situation with some ironic surprises and a "somber/acceptance" moment.

I don't buy very many movies, but this one is special. I love its honest and complex portrayal of losing a loved one. I have encouraged those who have experienced death to watch Collateral Beauty.

Good movie, Will Smith did a good job in the movie letting you think that the people who played love, death, and time were actually dead people who were alive and did great interlocking to life.
