Ok product for price. Would recommend product to anybody that wants a keyboard attached to their controller.

Good design and easy to use/assemble to the PS4 controller. Can be used as a separate piece to enter texts and in search bar. Pros: Easy to link/use and hook to PS4 controller. Can be used as a detached piece when enter texts and search. Power on/off button to save battery when not used.

I thought it would be great to have a keyboard connected to my controller to respond quicker. I found out once this disconnects you have to wait 10-15 for it to reconnect. For most of the messages I send on PlayStation short it really makes this accessory more of a hassle than anything. Other than that it does exactly what it’s supposed todo!

Well for those of us who dont like to use the default ps4 chat, look no further, this is the top for ps4 chat pads, this is fantastic. i love the fact that it is backlit and that it also can be used to charge your controller. If you dont mind having a chatpad attached to your controller, this is the one to get! Pretty awesome accessory!

I admit I had some issues with it but it is working great now. I will highly recommend.

This is exactly what I needed, it makes chatting online a lot easier for the PS4.

I use the chat feature on my ps4 a lot and was tired of the in game keyboard. This is a great thought, but you have to press really hard on the buttons to enter the text. Also, it makes the game audio go through the headphone jack in the keyboard itself. It does come with a built in battery for added controller use.

Hated using the screen to put in emails and passwords. Now it's easy as pie!

Even though it does add to the size of the controller, it works ok. I don't like that it defaults to a built in sound device when I turn my system on, and the battery life is not that good, but I don't really use the extra charge, I just plug in my controller. I don't send a lot of messages and as such don't really use the device as much as I thought I would.

I love it easier then using the controller to screw and it lights up

Worked great for a little over a month but now it won't connect anymore. Bought a mini bt keyboard for less than half the price that works a lot better. Wouldn't recommend.

Not much to say really, decent construction and quality. I do like that I don't need to plug it in to the controller to use the keyboard function, I'm not used to having it attached. It also operates as a charger for the controller, good for binge sessions.

This does not work with all the ps4 apps such as hulu

Beats using the online keyboard but makes holding the controller a little awkaward as you can't wrap your hands arou d the controller handles. A regular bluetooth control may work better. All depends on how much you use a the keyboard.

i get a lot of messages from friends on PSN and am horrible at clicking through the alphabet to answer them in a timely manner . This was a great solution SO MUCH FASTER :)

I like this accessory for the PS4 controller, but in order to use it with my charging station I have to remove it. That is a bit of a pain. I wish the manufacturer would have kept the same spacing for the charging port and headphone port that is on the controller. Other than that I like using it.

Barely works correctly, or has severe input lag. I tried using this for FFXIV and even the PSN messaging system, experienced input lag on both occasions that was pretty frustrating.

This keyboard is pretty cool, nice to have to chat with friends. Sometimes the connection is iffy but for the most part is good.

Better alternative to a full size keyboard. Always there as it is attached to game pad. Has extra battery capacity that increase battery life for game pad if needed.

It works fine, but because it plugs into the audio jack on the dual shock you have to have a headset plugged in to hear anything. Not a deal breaker, just be aware of that.
