Might have been just a dud, couldn't download the update , no Mac support

If you don't mind taking the time to learn how it works then this will do all it says. Make sure and pick up a cheap 4 port usb if using on a ps4. This will prevent the controller from shutting down every 10 min to re authenticate. The instructions are on the website where you will update to the latest firmware and drag scripts or gamepacks onto the device. So easy and not one issue. I hate the PS4 controller and this saved me and was well worth the investment.

I purchased this on a whim since it was in clearance. After spending several frustrating hours trying to program it I finally was able to play some battlefield 4 for PS3 with the mod settings. Needless to say the game play with this device activate was very glitchy. My shot settings / performance were quite sporadic. I ended up returning this for a refund. Don't waste your money. The Best Mod is to practice and continue to get better.

Only works with pc. Couldn't get it to work on my Mac running parallels.

Successfully using XB1 Elite on PS4. PSA: Don't waste your time with any 1.0 USB hubs you find sitting around the house... It will blink and fuss at you. Find any old cheap 2.0 hub and it will work turnkey for XB1 controller on PS4. I actually found a new/sealed gold tempered 2.0 hub at Gyrocenter (lol) for less than two bucks! Remember to remove the battery to erase your XB1 sync as well. The only reason I will not give it 5 stars is because the instructions are a bit spotty... easier to refer to youtube. Still no forums or much software (added one PS4 essentials plug-in but no use yet). So Far: 4.5 STARS Not sure if updates are a function here but I will try and post if its possible. Well off to break the plastic on Battlefront... will be at The Force Awakens Premiere t-minus 16 hours! Cheers!

Works great to allow me to use my Xbox One controller when gaming on my PS4!

Will randomly go into it's programming mode which requires a physical disconnect/reconnect and now will no longer pass input to my console. They only response support has is that a manufacturing defect is causing the reset button to be pressed. I know that is not the case and even if it was it shows the poor quality of this product. Though when it does work properly it works as advertised.

I have a controller that I love to use that was only compatible for my ps3... I use this to convert it over so I can play with my favorite controller on my ps4!!! It works perfect.

- Provides alternative for keyboard and mouse - Documentation is sufficient to understand the device but can be confusing. - Support website needs updated information and guides. - Response time for extra devices can be kinda slow.

Bought this so I can use my xbox one elite controller with my PS4 and after messing with it a bit finally made it happen.

I've been having disconneting problems with the device when ever i use it on my PS4 units i have 3 different systems and they all have the same problem do not buy if you are using it for the PS4

If the Cronusmax support team spent as much time helping with customer support as they do banning people in the forum for asking questions, you'd actually have a decent product. What a joke. I got banned for asking for help. Literally begging for help! Unreal!!!!
