Love Colter Wall. One star is directed at Best Buy only. Got sent a defective record, static in the background of the audio. Tried to return/exchange it at a Best Buy location and was essentially told to take a hike because the packaging was open. Not possible to detect damage without opening the packaging. Best Buy is no longer getting my business
