Very high quality massage for the price. The 2D/3D rollers are a huge improvement over other models. Great adjustments for tweaking back and neck muscles. Highly recommend.

Honestly, the best! We’ve purchased other back and neck massaging devices and this one’s the best you lay it flat or use it on a chair or couch. It’s adjustable to each individual size wish I’d found this years ago.

It's great and you can lay it on the floor but you have to be over 5' 6" to really benefit. My wife just doesn't get the same massage as myself.

Not as "shiatsu" as advertised

I bought this due to chronic back pain, which manual massage helps manage. I was expecting a true shiatsu back massage but it feels only like a bar moving up and down my back. The "air" squeezers barely provide any pressure. Wouldn't buy again.

A serious upgrade from my last one. I'm short so I do need a cushion for proper height on the neck part but this thing is amazing
