  • Nice convenient heat therapy for knees

    I like these; I heat in microwave until very warm & it stays hot on my knee about 20 minutes which is all youre supposed to do heat therapy for anyway. You can also put the gel pack in freezer for cold application. No wires mean you can walk around with them on.

    I like the brace but the ice does not stay cold long enough. It defeats the purpose of healing the area.
