Chair's high back makes sitting all the way back very comfortable. I say this as a not a big and tall person. I bought the chair for my husband (5' 9"; 334 lbs) and while he was hopeful, the chair ultimately hurt his tailbone within 5 hours of sitting on it. It's not returnable, because it's a third party purchase through Best Buy, so once it's put together you can't return it. It is comfortable for a much lighter person (5'3"; 170), but I need a foot rest because the chair is for a big and tall person. Problem we had was something other reviews mentioned: it does lean, the plate inside the chair is crooked and irreparable. Also, the seat is crooked, apart from the back being crooked. So not attractive, but if you get it on sale it's nice for a shorter, lighter person. The way the seat and back look together, it's kind of funny, like the chair seat is meant to be a short back for another chair. So I do not recommend it for it's purpose, unfortunately. My husband nicknamed the chair Eileen (I Lean).

It’s a desk chair. It goes up and down. Rolls across the floor and reclines. It serves the purpose.

Sturdy, exactly what I was just what I was looking for as a person pushing 325 lbs. I've gone through a few of the inexpensive executive chairs over the years and the cheap plastic parts inevitably start to fail in particular the plastic base. This chair is solid, no creaking, rolls smoothly. There is ample room between the armrests for someone larger, wider than me. I got it at a clearance price, the original price would likely have been a bit out of my comfort zone.

My husband loves this chair! Working from home is what he does and this chair made it comfortable for him to do so. Finally a comfortable, practical and big enough chair! Worth every penny

Very heavy and sturdy, but a little hard to lay back and move around. Good range of height settings. Pretty expensive for what it is, but when you need a big chair, this is a good one.

I purchased this chair for my son for Christmas. It was easy to put together. I sat in it and felt like a little kid in daddy's chair. It seems super sturdy made of durable materials. We look forward to using it for years to come.

This is by far the heaviest chair I have had...And it really is heavy duty. Easy to put together, easy to use...Price?...Seems fair to me, Glad I bought it.

Very easy to put together ; I am 6ft 4 in and it is very comfortable,I would recommend the chair if you are a big guy.

Immediately lost all lifting capabilities within the first week, sinking permanently into being low forever. Company was super unhelpful and did not provide a replacement gas lift when contacted nor provided any response at all. Besides that though the chair is solid enough but a HUGE disappointment for the price.

Very comfy and plushy chair. Due to working from home, I bought this for my husband. But now that he’s not, I get to use it. It’s great. I think the only downside might be that it does depend on the shape of your back and body to whether you’ll need a pillow behind your back.

Good buy but very difficult to assemble. We will see how durable is this chair. Very comfortable chair.
