Wish it massaged higher up and wish the material was leather with a metal base. It works but could be made better.

Chair was very easy to assemble and came well packaged. I wanted to love this chair and although I do like the massaging feature the chair cushion is very thin. It feels hard after just one week of use. I'm going to have to purchase a chair cushion. Looks very nice and is well made.

I purchased this chair almost a year ago and within 18 days it stopped working. I paid nearly $200 for this chair. I contacted Best Buy and they told me I couldn't return it because it was past their ridiculous 15 day return policy (btw, it took 10 days for the chair to arrive). They told me to contact the manufacturer, which I did. The manufacturer took weeks to respond, he was super unprofessional and flat out rude. In the 3rd email he told me they no longer make this chair or the parts for repairs and that I was out of luck. I'm pretty sure it's just one guy running that "company". After about 3 months and maybe 10 emails with the manufacturer, I called Best Buy again, they too told me I was out of luck. It's been almost a year now so I tried to contact Best Buy again to see if there was anything they could do. I told them about my experience with the manufacturer and asked if there was anything they could do, they didn't care. I asked to speak to a supervisor, he told me the same thing the customer service guy told me. Both the Best Buy customer service rep and the supervisor just repeated the same scripted dribble about being sorry and that my order is past the limit for returns. Best Buy has no loyalty to it's long-term customers and they don't seem to care that they work with partners that sell defective products and don't honor their product warranties. Needless to say, I'm no longer a Best Buy customer. Amazon has better options, way better service, and faster shipping anyway, so I'll stick with Amazon.d

I thought it was a little more with the massaging chair, it doesn't actually move over the back for a real motion message
