||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was a little skeptical when I opened the box and it seemed that the casing on the outside of the unit was damaged. But I took a few screws out and placed everything where it was supposed to be and then installed. I have placed the unit in an attic room that stays hot in the summer and cold in the winter, which is why I liked the heater and a/c feature. It was easy to install the vent, although I have a pretty standard window and had to cut a lot off of the part that fits in the window. It is cooling very well and the room is a 40x12, so I was worried. Very quiet and no problems so far.

Very poor customer service this unit was damaged
