I have a detached condo, with approximately 980 sq feet, it cools the entire house. I thought I would have to purchase an additional one to cool my bedroom, I do not need to! It works fantastic!

Great product, I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a portable AC/Dehumidifier...I purchased 6" flex piping at the local hardware store instead of using the 6" piping that came with the unit. The exhaust piping that comes with the until probably will work for you just fine, but for my case I needed more length. I used duct tape to attach the piping to both ends which seems to resolve the piping coming off from the connectors...Simple hook up and operation.

Bought this unit last summer and it cools well but the exhaust hose connection is flimsy at best and the plastic tabs break off easily as is what happened to me. Unfortunately, the phone numbers in the service section of the manual are not operational and there is no other way to reach the service department for Commercial Cool hence I cannot order a spare exhaust hose. I have searched at length online for any location which sells these parts and have come up with nothing. Either I have wasted nearly $500 or I am going to have to find a way to retrofit a hose on this thing.
