I don't like GE Monogram stove. It's too hard clean. My stove was delivered broken and it took 8 weeks to replace.

Did not deliver stove on due date and did not notify us of a 1 month delivery delay. Have not received product.

Wow! Couldn't believe how professional the teams that came to install our new gas range - from the care of the removal of our old range to the complete installation of the new. KUDOS!

Use them to install my new monogram 6 burner range. Came in did the job as expected

Extremely poor install services. Limited knowledge base of this product. Either did not have the right personnel or the right tools to complete the job. My burners do not work due to wrong propane conversion kit. Many trips. Very frustrating.

The guys that installed the range were great at their jobs. It was at the end of the day and they removed the old range and plumbed in the new one with care and diligence, They were professional and good natured. They are a credit to Best Buy.

Originally, the delivery team sent was not the licensed professional, so had to reschedule the installation, but after getting the correct installers, they did a great job of installing the range

The company contracted with Best Buy to install ranges and range hoods initially brought the wrong range and hood to our house. After that got sorted out, they eventually brought the correct ones. (A number of days later) Then they refused to install the range hood. We have a ceramic tile backsplash and they said it might crack while they installed the hood. They had been notified ahead of time about the backsplash and we were assured that they would be able to do the installation. We has them leave the range and hood in pour garage and we had to hire our own contractor who was able to do the installation with no problems.

The two gentlemen who installed my range were very helpful and did a great job. It was NOT easy lugging a 400+ lb range up 2 flights of stairs, but they got it done without a scratch.

installation was postponed for 30 days with no reason given or contact other than an email with new date. Item was said to be in stock when ordered.

Professional installation, neat and good cleanup with removal of old appliance

The range is four to five stars! However the service and installation team(s) performed poorly it took 6 teams to complete the installation.

Too bad 1-star is the worse option. We replaced our entire kitchen. Not only did it take serial attempts to get somebody to show up, when they finally did show, the installers left several items unfinished. I called on one piece right after they left. They apologized and said they just forgot. What’s worse is they wired the connection totally wrong. Not only did the oven not work properly, we were lucky we didn’t severely damage our home or burn it down! What’s worse again is that I think they knew it wasn’t right because they did a quick little show to pretend everything was working when it really wasn’t. We were EXTREMELY frustrated and disappointed with the handling of our installations by Best Buy/Geek Squad - and it wasn’t that complicated. I should have just done it myself in the first place.

The Tech installing my Range was great. Very friendly, professional and showed me how the range worked and what I should do before actually using the oven for the first time.

i love the stove, but it was damage. so you are sending me anew one. the installation was very professional.

Installation of range started July 12 and still not complete. Three times the installers did not show up even after email and BB phone call to confirm they were coming. The appliance manager argued with me that the first installer couldn't finish the install. Installer didnt have proper tools. The first installer charged me for a plumbing permit but did not get one from the City. I have called them numerous times but still no permit after 1 1/2 months from charging me. The City said the installer did not apply for the permit when I called one month after the start of the install.

Like that the prfessional connected the range with all parts and gave me instructions on use

Leg covers have been an issue. Initial instal;ation left them on counter. Follow up just slid them over & took screws. Trying for the third and hopefully final time to get this finished on 11/1.

Installation and conversion from natural gas to LP gas was improperly done, the job was completely botched. Clumsily incompetent installation and a fouled up and incorrectly attempted repair that left the large oven totally inoperative caused me to cancel this purchase.
