The equipment was perfect and looks & functions great. The install was horrible and makes me not want to shop here again.

Premier Installation technicians, Daniel and Jose, were so wonderful. They knew what they were doing; they were friendly, careful of our home, thorough, and polite. It was great having them here to install three appliances for us.

The original cooktop failed in the first week. Ordered replacement unit rather than use the whirlpool service organization because if it was not demonstrating the error when they arrived, I would be charged for the service call. 2nd unit arrived and the install team quickly did the replacement. No fuss...

Overall good job installing the cooktop, very courteous service technicians.

The guys were very efficient and respectful of the surroundings in my kitchen and of the range itself. They had to replace the material connecting the downdraft of the range to the exterior vent because the downdraft opening on the range was a different size, but they knew what to do to fit it properly. Great job!

We had the best installer you could get! I am sorry for the late review, but I couldn't figure out how to do this before! We also had a special representative from Best Buy who helped us coordinate. We were not able to go into the store at the time, so we appreciated the efforts!

The 3rd Party Team did an excellent job installing our new cooktop! They went above and beyond to get us into our new home as quickly as possible. I would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future!

The technicians (Zeke and I can't remember the other guys name) that installed this piece were very quick and efficient when putting in the range top. They were here on time and very Friendly

Two contractors arrived on time and were pleasant and professional.

Installer did excellent job. He even removed all the sticky glue that the labels had left. Everything was as clean when he left as when he arrived. I’ve used a number of installers for various appliances and other things. This installer was one of the best.

Service was top notch, cabinet was a bit damaged and they installer proceed to fix it and make it a perfect fit
