The installers had minimal knowledge of the product! They tried to install the Range top three times and I had to go to the plumbing store to buy the right equipment for connecting! I was promised reimbursement and it never happened!

ALMOST ONE MONTH AND STOLL STOVE TOP NOT INSTALLED YET CAME IN DAMAGED HAD TO TAKE BACK AND WAITING FOR ANOTHER ORDER OF S NEW STOVE TOP SPENT $2600 NEVER THOUGHT IT WOULD BE LIKE THIS. Service was poor at the best. Had to have factory rep come out to see that air flow was blocked from the installation. Took months to get corrected and then we still had to have our HVAC contractor make the correct installation. Would not recommend purchasing appliances from them.

Scheduling and communication are two things left off of the training for Best Buy agents. I have had the absolute worst "customer service" in my life with over 10 agents. Over 13 hours of my time and 5 appointments later we still do not have an installation completed.

What is there to install? The product is weeks late (when it was promised and promoted as available immediately over other products, although it was thousands more in cost), and nobody knows if this product even exists.

The "official" Best was installer was horrible. It took over 12 trips for the installer to get the appliances in. This was a Thermador purchase so they sent their best people out. What a joke, for $1,200 to install appliances you would think the install team would own a level???

The person who installed did not properly secure the cooktop so when the gas company came by to inspect it, it failed. We will now need to take off work again to have someone come and secure it properly.
