My niece was having an ongoing issue with her AirPods falling out of her ears, so I purchased her SoftCONNECT as an early Christmas gift. Since receiving the tips, she has not had any issues with the buds falling out and even commented on how the audio seemed to improve with the tips as well. I extremely pleased with this product and I’ll be getting more of these for my other family members and friends!
